Bleomycin Side Effects Report #5313498-1
Bleomycin side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on Apr 09, 2007. Male patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with testicular germ cell cancer, oxygen supplementation and was treated with Bleomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, creatine urine increased, lung infiltration, pneumonitis, reperfusion injury, respiratory failure, shock, tumour marker increased. Bleomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYGEN, ETOPOSIDE, CISPLATIN, PACLITAXEL, IFOSFAMIDE, WHOLE BLOOD. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coagulopathy, encephalopathy, hypothermia , liver function test abnormal, lung infiltration, muscle spasticity. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, febrile neutropenia, lung infiltration, no therapeutic response, oxygen saturation abnormal, oxygen saturation decreased, respiratory disorder. Bleomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, DACARBAZINE, VINBLASTINE SULPHATE. Patient died on 01/20/2008.
