Bleomycin Side Effects Report #5272656-5
Bleomycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on Mar 20, 2007. Male patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with retroperitoneal cancer and was treated with Bleomycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, respiratory failure, shock. Bleomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, CISPLATIN, IFOSFAMIDE, PACLITAXEL, PIPERACILLIN, TAZOBACTAM, NITROUS OXIDE W. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, dyspnoea, hypoxia, interstitial lung disease, lung disorder, pulmonary fibrosis , pyrexia, respiratory disorder. Bleomycin dosage: 19 MG IV. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/31/2006.

Patient died on 03/31/2006.

Bleomycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DACARBAZINE, DOXORUBICIN, VINBLASTINE SULPHATE, VINBLASTINE SULPHATE, CORTICOSTEROID. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blast cell crisis, bone pain, disease progression, feeling abnormal, headache , nausea . Bleomycin dosage: 30 MG ONCE IT. Patient recovered.
