Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 02, 2005. Female patient, 79 years of age, was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood fibrinogen decreased, international normalised ratio increased, pneumonia haemophilus, post procedural haemorrhage, prothrombin time prolonged. Bivalirudin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, EPTIFIBATIDE. Patient recovered.

Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 26, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 231.9 lb, was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial haemorrhage, cardiac arrest , hypotension, overdose, post procedural haemorrhage, shock haemorrhagic, surgical procedure repeated. Bivalirudin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INTEGRILIN, GLYBURIDE, PROTONIX, PREDNISONE, COREG, COUMADIN. Patient died on 08/31/2005.
