Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 11, 2008. Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematoma, vascular pseudoaneurysm. Bivalirudin dosage: 50 MG, BOLUS, INTRAVENOUS, 115 MG, UNK, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CLOPIDOGREL, ASPIRIN, HEPARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 26, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 231.9 lb, was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arterial haemorrhage, cardio-respiratory arrest, haematoma, hypotension, incorrect dose administered, post procedural haematoma, renal impairment, scrotal haematoma, shock haemorrhagic. Bivalirudin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INTEGRILIN, GLYBURIDE, PROTONIX, PREDNISONE, COREG, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/31/2005.
