Bivalirudin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 27, 2005. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 210.5 lb, was diagnosed with catheterisation cardiac and was treated with Bivalirudin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery thrombosis. Bivalirudin dosage: 71MG BOLUS X1 IV BOLUS; 166MG/HR X30 MIN IV DRIP. Patient recovered.
