Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with alcoholic psychosis, insomnia, irritability and was treated with Biperiden. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ileus paralytic, neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Biperiden dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BIPERIDEN HYDROCHLORIDE, BIPERIDEN HYDROCHLORIDE, ESTAZOLAM, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
