After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, azotaemia, condition aggravated, dialysis , renal failure. Biaxin dosage: 200 MG, 2 IN 1 D, PER ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CLOXAZOLAM, PERIROLAST POTASSIUM, OXATOMIDE, SETPTILLINE MALEATE, NIFEDIPINE, DISOPYRAMIDE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized.
