Bethanechol side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Jan 20, 2005. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 202.8 lb, was diagnosed with urinary retention and was treated with Bethanechol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysuria, pollakiuria, urinary incontinence What is  urinary incontinence. Bethanechol dosage: 75MG PO TID. Patient recovered.
