Betamethasone Side Effects Report #6029359-9
Betamethasone side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Dec 24, 2008. Female patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica  and was treated with Betamethasone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, extradural abscess, intervertebral discitis, spinal cord compression. Betamethasone dosage: 3 MG;QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, chills, dyspepsia, dyspnoea, pleural effusion, pre-eclampsia, premature labour. Betamethasone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NICARDIPINE, SALBUTAMOL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, chills, haematoma, lip haematoma, lip swelling, malaise, pancytopenia, post procedural complication, pyrexia. Betamethasone dosage: 2 MG; ; IV. During the same period patient was treated with FLUMARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
