Betamethasone side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 06, 2006. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with benign familial pemphigus and was treated with Betamethasone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acinetobacter infection, benign familial pemphigus, blood cortisol decreased, candidiasis, disease recurrence, dry mouth, erythema, hyperuricaemia. Betamethasone dosage: 1.5 MG; QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with MINOCYCLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
