Benefiber side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 21, 2007. Female patient, 88 years of age, weighting 136.0 lb, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Benefiber. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , constipation , gastrointestinal hypomotility, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, syncope. Benefiber dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
