Male patient, 95 years of age, weighting 196.9 lb, was diagnosed with faeces hard and was treated with Benefiber. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colon cancer, kidney infection. Benefiber dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Benefiber. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colon cancer. Benefiber dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BENEFIBER CHEWABLELET. Patient died.
