Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 26, 2009. Male patient, 62 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, dehydration, heart rate increased, lung infiltration, lymphoma What is  lymphoma, malignant neoplasm progression, pleural effusion. Bendamustine dosage: 90 MG/M2 D1 ND D2 Q35 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE, RITUXIMAB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 19, 2008. Female patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, cardiomegaly, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal, palpitations, pericardial effusion, pleural effusion, sinus tachycardia, wheezing. Bendamustine dosage: 120 MG/M2 FIRST THRU SIXTH CYCLE QD INTRAVENOUS DRIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
