Bendamustine Side Effects Report #5892463-X
Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 12, 2008. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, anaemia, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, atelectasis, cardiac failure congestive, hypotension, international normalised ratio increased, lobar pneumonia, lymphadenopathy. Bendamustine dosage: 182 MG DAYS 1 AND 4, Q 28 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, BORTEZOMIB, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR, RYTHMOL, LOPRESSOR, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 175.9 lb, was diagnosed with lymphoma  and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, hypotension, oedema peripheral, tumour lysis syndrome. Bendamustine dosage: 180 MG QD INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BORTEZOMIB, RITUXIMAB, ZOFRAN, COMPAZINE, TYLENOL, MEPRAZOL, SIMVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 55 years of age, weighting 211.6 lb, was diagnosed with lymphoma  and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, duodenal ulcer, erosive duodenitis, gastritis erosive, hypotension, loss of consciousness, neutrophil count decreased, syncope. Bendamustine dosage: 194 MG DAYS 1 AND 2 INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE, RITUXIMAB, CYMBALTA, LYRICA, MORPHINE, ZOLPIDEM, BACTRIM DS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
