Bendamustine and duodenal ulcer Patient Reports February 13, 2012

Bendamustine Side Effects Report #6052841-5
Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 15, 2009. Male patient, 55 years of age, weighting 212.5 lb, was diagnosed with lymphoma  and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, duodenal ulcer, erosive duodenitis, gastritis erosive, gastrointestinal ulcer haemorrhage, haematemesis, hypophagia, hypotension. Bendamustine dosage: 194 MG DAYS 1 AND 2 INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE, RITUXIMAB, CYMBALTA, LYRICA, MORPHINE, ZOLPIDEM, BACTRIM DS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, duodenal ulcer, erosive duodenitis, gastritis erosive, hypotension, loss of consciousness, neutrophil count decreased, syncope. Bendamustine dosage: 194 MG DAYS 1 AND 2 INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE, RITUXIMAB, CYMBALTA, LYRICA, MORPHINE, ZOLPIDEM, BACTRIM DS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
