Bendamustine Side Effects Report #5892463-X
Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 12, 2008. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, anaemia, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, atelectasis, cardiac failure congestive, hypotension, international normalised ratio increased, lobar pneumonia, lymphadenopathy. Bendamustine dosage: 182 MG DAYS 1 AND 4, Q 28 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, BORTEZOMIB, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR, RYTHMOL, LOPRESSOR, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bendamustine dosage: 182 MG DAYS 1 AND 4, Q 28 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXAN, VELCADE, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR, RYTHMOL, LOPRESSOR, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, anaemia, atelectasis, dehydration, hydronephrosis, lymphadenopathy, lymphoma , myocardial ischaemia. Bendamustine dosage: 90 MG/M2 D1 AND D2 Q35 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE, RITUXIMAB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
