Bendamustine Side Effects Report #5892463-X
Bendamustine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 12, 2008. Male patient, 84 years of age, weighting 200.6 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Bendamustine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, anaemia, arteriosclerosis coronary artery, atelectasis, cardiac failure congestive, hypotension, international normalised ratio increased, lobar pneumonia, lymphadenopathy. Bendamustine dosage: 182 MG DAYS 1 AND 4, Q 28 DAYS INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXIMAB, BORTEZOMIB, NORVASC, LISINOPRIL, ZOCOR, RYTHMOL, LOPRESSOR, COUMADIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Bendamustine dosage: 90 MG/M2 DAYS 1 + 4 INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with BORTEZOMIB, RITUXAN, ZAROXOLYN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, MYLANTA, FLONASE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, LORTAB. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/10/2008.
