Benazepril side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Apr 07, 2005. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 208.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Benazepril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, dysphagia, local swelling. Benazepril dosage: 10 MG PO DAILY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 87 years of age, weighting 159.4 lb, was diagnosed with hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Benazepril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, blood pressure systolic increased, dysphagia, hypersensitivity, salivary hypersecretion. Benazepril dosage: 20 MG DAILY ORAL 3-4 MONTHS PRIOR TO EVENT. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, ACETAMINOPHEN, ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM, CONJUGATED ESTROGENS, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, TOLTERODINE TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
