Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Basiliximab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, kidney transplant rejection, lung infection, nocardiosis, renal impairment, renal tubular disorder. Basiliximab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, SULFAMETHOXAZOLE W, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.

Basiliximab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, TACROLIMUS, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, GUSPERIMUS HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
