Basen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on July 03, 2006. Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with insulin-requiring type ii diabetes mellitus, gastritis, hypertension, transient ischaemic attack and was treated with Basen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anti-insulin antibody positive, blood glucose fluctuation. Basen dosage: .9 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with NOVORAPID, NOVORAPID CHU FLEXPEN, NOVORAPID CHU FLEXPEN, NOVOLIN N, NOVOLIN N, SELBEX, AMLODIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with INNOLET, NOVORAPID, NOVOLIN R, ADALAT, BLOPRESS, ASPIRIN, MAGNESIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
