After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemoglobin decreased, iatrogenic injury, intestinal obstruction, procedural complication, rectal haemorrhage, shock, volvulus of bowel, x-ray abnormal. Barosperse dosage: unknown. Patient died.
