Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 143.0 lb, was diagnosed with colitis ulcerative and was treated with Balsalazide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis allergic, eye swelling, urticaria. Balsalazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLAZAL, BALSALAZIDE DI. Patient recovered.
