After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eosinophilic pneumonia, interstitial lung disease, pleural effusion. Balsalazide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with INFLIXIMAB, IBANDRONATE, CONJUGATED ESTROGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
