After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: rash maculo-papular, renal failure acute. Bactrim dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLOMAX, OMEPRAZOLE, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, SEROQUEL, PROSCAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
