Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 213.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Bactrim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, chills, dehydration, hepatitis toxic, infection , myalgia, pyrexia, unevaluable event. Bactrim dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACLOFEN, MOTRIN, DARVOCET, CLONAZEPAM, WELLBUTRIN, PERCOCET, FIBER SUPPLEMENT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
