Baclofen Side Effects Report #4787238-9
Baclofen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from AUSTRALIA on Sept 28, 2005. Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasticity and was treated with Baclofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dysarthria, dysphagia, gliosis, lower motor neurone lesion, motor neurone disease, muscle spasticity, proctalgia, somnolence. Baclofen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, DANTROLENE, BOTULINUM TOXIN TYPE A, ANAESTHETICS, STEROIDS NOS, MORPHINE. Patient died.
