Female patient, 91 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, blood pressure , depression  and was treated with Baclofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: sedation. Baclofen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIHYPERTENSIVES, EFFEXOR. Patient died on 02/29/2008.
