Azulfidine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 30, 2005. Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with tendon disorder and was treated with Azulfidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenopia, dizziness , gingival atrophy, hypoacusis, salivary gland pain. Azulfidine dosage: 1000 MG (500 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BUCILLAMINE, NOZLEN, ALFAROL. Patient recovered.

Azulfidine dosage: 1 GRAM (500 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MOVER, PREDNISOLONE, HERBAL PREPARATION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 05/15/2006.
