Azulfidine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 23, 2005. Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis , prophylaxis, ill-defined disorder, postoperative care and was treated with Azulfidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, anaemia, arthralgia, asthenia, gastric ulcer, hypoaesthesia, pneumonia klebsiella, rash , sepsis . Azulfidine dosage: 1000 MG (500 MG, 1 IN 2 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, CEFDITOREN PIVOXIL, CEFDITOREN PIVOXIL, PIPERACILLIN, DICLOFENAC, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, PREDNISONE, ALENDRONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
