Female patient, weighting 148.1 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension, blood calcium, blood cholesterol increased, cardiac disorder and was treated with Azmacort. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , underdose. Azmacort dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIOTROPIUM BROMIDE, ALBUTEROL, VALSARTAN, CALCIUM CARBONATE, ROSUVASTATIN, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROVENTIL, SEREVENT, SINGULAIR. Patient died on 01/24/2005.
