Azmacort side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 23, 2009. Female patient, weighting 110.1 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma  and was treated with Azmacort. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: device malfunction, dyspnoea, myocardial infarction. Azmacort dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DECLINED LIST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
