Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 185.0 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Azithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, chills, feeling hot, headache , insomnia, myalgia, oedema peripheral. Azithromycin dosage: 500 MG DAILY PO. Patient recovered.
