Azithromycin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 08, 2005. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 186.3 lb, was diagnosed with viral infection What is  viral infection and was treated with Azithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac failure acute, diarrhoea, fall What is  fall, haemolytic anaemia, liver disorder, rash What is  rash. Azithromycin dosage: 500 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ALLOPURINOL, HOKUNALIN, PYRETHIA, LEVOTOMIN, SILECE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/19/2005.
