After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, urticaria. Azithromycin dosage: 500 MG (DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LOXONIN, DASEN, MUCOSTA, FLOMOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
