Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 186.3 lb, was diagnosed with viral infection  and was treated with Azithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cardiac failure acute, condition aggravated, diarrhoea, eosinophilia, fall , haemolytic anaemia, rash . Azithromycin dosage: 500 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRIVA, ALLOPURINOL, HOKUNALIN, PYRETHIA, SILECE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/19/2005.
