Female patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection and was treated with Azithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, blood pressure increased, dizziness , eosinophil count increased, haematuria, headache , nausea , renal failure acute. Azithromycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFTAZIDIME, TOBRAMYCIN, COLOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
