Azithromycin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Sept 07, 2005. Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with pyrexia, ill-defined disorder and was treated with Azithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood pressure decreased, diarrhoea, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperventilation, multi-organ failure, sepsis What is  sepsis, vomiting. Azithromycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SELBEX, LYSOZYME HYDROCHLORIDE, VOLTAREN, SHIGMABITAN, TOWATHIEM. Patient died on 08/18/2005.
