Azilect side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Apr 24, 2007. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease What is  parkinson's disease and was treated with Azilect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction. Azilect dosage: 1 MG (1 MG) ORAL. Patient died.
