Azilect Side Effects Report #5335928-1
Azilect side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 26, 2007. Female patient, 80 years of age, weighting 115.0 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Azilect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contusion, fall , hallucination, syncope. Azilect dosage: 0.5 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ROPINIROLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Azilect side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 16, 2008. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 150.1 lb, was diagnosed with parkinson's disease  and was treated with Azilect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination. Azilect dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE, AMANTADINE. Patient recovered.
