Azilect side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NETHERLANDS on July 31, 2007. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with depression What is  depression and was treated with Azilect. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion. Azilect dosage: 1 MG (1MG, 1 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with BUPROPION HYDROCHLORIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, ETHINYL ESTRADIOL W, RISEDRONATE, LEKOVIT CA, MELOXICAM, PRAMPIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, encephalopathy, serotonin syndrome. Azilect dosage: 0.5 MG BID ORAL 1.0 MG DAILY FOR APPROX 2 MOS, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TRAMADOL, VICODIN, TYLOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
