Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinus congestion and was treated with Azelastine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , dizziness , fatigue, nausea , palpitations, panic reaction, sleep disorder , syncope. Azelastine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 115.0 lb, was diagnosed with rhinitis and was treated with Azelastine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , bone pain, depression , fatigue, impaired work ability, infection , infection parasitic, lymphadenopathy, malaise. Azelastine dosage: SPRAY - 30ML BOTTLE, MORNINGS + NIGHT. During the same period patient was treated with SINGULAIR. Patient recovered.
