Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus, deep vein thrombosis  and was treated with Azathioprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aspartate aminotransferase increased, contusion, epistaxis, international normalised ratio decreased, international normalised ratio increased. Azathioprine dosage: 150 MG/DAY;200 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, PREDNISONE, HYDROMORPHONE, RISEDRONATE. Patient recovered.
