Azasite side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 10, 2008. Female patient, 84 years of age, weighting 110.0 lb, was diagnosed with dry eye, eye infection What is  eye infection and was treated with Azasite. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, eye swelling, herpes zoster, pruritus, swelling face, visual acuity reduced. Azasite dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, ASPIRIN, VITAMIN, FLAXSEED OIL, CALCIUM, RESTASIS, REFRESH PLUS. Patient recovered.
