Male patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with colitis ulcerative and was treated with Azasan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, pyrexia, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis. Azasan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with COLAZAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
