Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 12, 2005. Male patient, 53 years of age, was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: polyneuropathy. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FOSFOCINE, LASIX, OFLOCET, ARANESP, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
