Azactam side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 29, 2006. Female patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: muscular weakness, myalgia. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFTAZIDIME, VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.
