Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 20, 2005. Male patient, 45 years of age, was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: carnitine decreased, haemorrhage, hepatic failure, hepatitis fulminant, lactic acidosis, shock haemorrhagic. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EUPANTOL, ZYVOXID, VANCOMYCIN, CANCIDAS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/03/2005.
