Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 01, 2005. Female patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia
, respiratory moniliasis, angina pectoris, gastric ulcer, asthma
and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cerebral infarction, convulsion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic function abnormal, multi-organ failure, myocardial infarction, renal impairment. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRODIF, DYPYRIDAMOLE, ALANTA, COUGHNOL, GASTER, CRAVIT, HOKUNALIN. Patient died on 05/17/2005.
