Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 01, 2005. Female patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia, respiratory moniliasis, angina pectoris, gastric ulcer, asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cerebral infarction, convulsion, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hepatic function abnormal, multi-organ failure, myocardial infarction, renal impairment. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRODIF, DYPYRIDAMOLE, ALANTA, COUGHNOL, GASTER, CRAVIT, HOKUNALIN. Patient died on 05/17/2005.
