Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Nov 24, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia, endocarditis What is  endocarditis and was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, creatinine renal clearance decreased, dermatitis bullous, multi-organ failure, pneumonitis, rash What is  rash, toxic skin eruption. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, GENTAMICIN, CIFLOX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/21/2005.
