Azactam side effect was reported by a Health Professional from CHINA on Jan 23, 2007. Male patient, 83 years of age, was treated with Azactam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, dermatitis exfoliative. Azactam dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aplastic anaemia, haemorrhage intracranial, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Azactam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFODIZIME DI, CHLORTETRACYCLINE, LACTULOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
